Pingelly has excellent education facilities with a Primary School accommodating students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Years 8 to 12 students have access to bus runs to Narrogin Senior High School and to Brookton District High School.

The only school in town, Pingelly Primary School provides an educational program which meets the particular demands of its rural community. Support staff include teacher aides, and Aboriginal and Islander Education Workers.

A strong pastoral care system ensures that the school, with its close community links, provides an educational environment that is secure and caring.

School Chaplain, nurse and school psychology services are all available to support students at the school.

The school community supports a school uniform.
