Complaints Officer
At the Shire of Pingelly, the Chief Executive Officer is the Complaints Officer.
The Shire of Pingelly Complaints Officer is responsible to maintain this register of complaints which records all complaints that result in action under section 5.110(2)(a) of the Local Government Act 1995.
